  • Non-Perishable Items: If the item is non-perishable and in perfect condition, you can return it within 7 days for a refund.

  • Perishable Goods: Food, groceries, and medicines can’t be refunded unless they’re damaged or not as described when they arrive.
  • Digital Products: Once you’ve downloaded or accessed a digital product, it’s yours to keep—no refunds.
