1. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation

  • Immediate Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been confirmed by the seller, you can do so without any charges. Simply go to your order history and select the cancel option.
  • Auto-Cancellation: If an order is not confirmed by the seller within a specified time frame, it may be automatically canceled. You will be notified if this occurs, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation After Order Confirmation

  • Food Orders: Once a food order has been confirmed and prepared, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order. Cancellations after confirmation will result in no refund.
  • Non-Food Items: For non-food items like groceries, medicines, and parcels, cancellations are allowed within a limited time after confirmation, depending on the seller's policies. If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Late Cancellations: For orders canceled after a certain period, especially after preparation or dispatch, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers the cost of wasted goods, delivery, or preparation.
  • No-Show Cancellations: If you are not available to receive your order and do not cancel within the allowed time, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full order value may apply.

4. Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Full Refunds: If an order is canceled before confirmation or within the allowed time for non-food items, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: If a cancellation fee applies, the refund will be adjusted accordingly, and you will receive the remaining amount.

5. Special Circumstances

  • System Errors: If a cancellation is due to a system error or fault on our part, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, extreme weather, or other situations beyond our control, we may cancel orders without prior notice. Refunds will be issued in such cases.

  • Through the App: To cancel an order, go to your order history in the Easily Solutions app, select the order you wish to cancel, and click on the cancel button.
